WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

As a courtesy at least 48 hours’ notice by phone is required if an appointment has to be rescheduled.  Changes made within 48 hours of your allocated appointment time will incur a 50% rescheduling fee.

Refunds cannot be given for missed appointments that are a part of a purchased package.

Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your session you may not be seen.  We allocate your session time according to your needs and to reduce this time would not be beneficial to yourself.
