The number of sessions required varies from person to person. Although one session can be helpful we usually recommend a course of sessions to ensure lasting change. During your first session we create a structured plan to help you achieve your goals. Hypnotherapy can be rapid and effective, and we endeavour to assist with the required therapy in 1-4 sessions.  Sessions are usually held 1-2 weeks apart.
